Fernanda Campagnucci

MODERATOR

Coordinator of the Scope Research Initiative, holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration and Government from FGV-SP and is currently a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Münster. She was Executive Director of Open Knowledge Brazil and has led projects in the field of technology and data within civil society and the public sector.

Chair of Brazil Chair at the Institute of Political Science (Ifpol) of the University of Münster, Vaz is Professor of Public Policy Management at the University of São Paulo (Faculty of Arts, Sciences and Humanities). He is also Coordinator of GETIP – Group for Studies in Technology and Innovation in Public Administration.

Alejandra Gonzalez

PANELIST

Head of Growth and Community relations at Codeando México, with 10 years of experience in open government. She served as a director in Mexico City (2019-2021) and currently supports governments in open data strategies. She is also a member of the digital innovation council of Monterrey and participates in the Decidim community.

PANELIST

Head of the Situated Computing Lab (sitcom Lab), at the Institute for Geoinformatics at the University of Münster. He is the coordinator of the MSCA Doctoral Network SCALA on spatial communication (2024-2028) and was the scientific coordinator of the MSCA International Training Network GEO-C on enabling open cities (2015-2018). He holds a PhD in Computer Science.
