The project aims to produce and to disseminate knowledge concerning online political participation in smart cities, within the context of the data-driven government paradigm expansion.
Dialogues
We seek to facilitate dialogue between practitioners and researchers from Latin America and Europe, with a particular focus on Brazil and Germany, regarding emerging topics in the online participation agenda.

The research initiative is part of the Brazil Chair at the University of Muenster, Germany, with support of the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education (CAPES).
